Warm tortillas until pliable. To serve, place tortillas on work surface and
fill with 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded carrots,
1/2 cup (125 mL) rice and 3 oz (75 g) chicken mixture. Wrap by folding in the
sides of the tortilla, then rolling the bottom edge toward the centre until the
tortilla is fully wrapped.
Tip: Any white or brown rice can be used in this recipe
